Has anyone had an issue with the ASMedia USB drivers making nothing work?
When a Microsoft backed driver (0.96 Microsoft) is installed, the headset works for about 5 minutes before crashing with an error in the Device Manager, and if you update the driver to a more recent version, the Mixed Reality Portal gives you error code 2181038087-12 because the driver is not licensed by Microsoft.
Dell 926 printer driver windows 10. I have upgraded from Windows 8 to 10. However, I can not any more use this printer. I have looked for a solution in Dell and Microsoft but could not find one. Download the Vista 32-bit drivers for Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 32-bit or the Vista 64-bit drivers for Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 64-bit. Install the Vista drivers in the Vista Compatibility mode You'll get a message, the printer is not connected. Get drivers and downloads for your Dell 926 All In One Inkjet Printer. Download and install the latest drivers, firmware and software.
This seems like a common error from what I can see on the forums/quick googling but no one seems to have a solution. Hoping to get some traction here.
Thanks in advance!

Asmedia Asm104x Usb 3.0 Host Controller Driver
I installed the latest ASMedia USB 3 driver for XP. It doesn't work. The driver also screws up my USB 2 ports. So I need to uninstall it.
The uninstall directions are useless, they are:
Use the following procedure to uninstall the software:
1. Select 'Uninstall' from the following steps:
- Go to 'Start'
- Select 'Control Panel'
- Select 'Add or Remove Programs'
- Find 'Asmedia ASM104x USB3.0 Host Controller Driver',
select it and click the 'Remove' button.
you can also use the following procedure to unisntall the
software:
- Go to 'Start'
- Select 'Program'
- Select 'Asmedia Technology'
- Select 'ASM104x USB3.0 Driver'
- Click shortcut 'uninstall'
Becasue there is no option to 'remove program' or 'uninstall' as described. They also have a warning in the readme.txt file:
9. UNINSTALLATION NON-DRIVER COMPONENTS
Removal of this software from the system will render any
USB devices inaccessible by the operating system;
therefore, uninstallation procedure will only uninstall
non-critical components of this software (user interface,
start menu links, etc.).
So I need to uninstall the driver manually in a way that won't screw anything else up.
Thanks
